Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management tool, which will give you absolute authority over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a new email account in no time and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect email messages from one email account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and protect your electronic mail accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming email messages according to specific criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and select the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming email messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Just specify the email box account you wish to redirect email messages from, then choose the target mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
